Built by people who have opened doors
Franchise Drive exists because too many good brands get handed to middlemen. We are a franchise sales organization run by operators — people who have built, sold and operated franchise units, doing the whole job under one roof.
Why we built this
The franchise development industry runs on handoffs. A consultant builds the program, a broker network sells it, and nobody is there for the opening. Every handoff sheds accountability — and the founder inherits whatever falls through.
We built Franchise Drive to close every seam: one team that writes the program, sells the units and staffs the openings. When one group is accountable for the whole outcome, the shortcuts stop making sense.
The rules we run on
01
Operators on every engagement
Nobody sells your franchise who hasn’t run one. That is a staffing rule, not a slogan.
02
Disclosure over hype
We sell with the FDD open. Candidates who are talked into a franchise get talked out of it by their first hard quarter.
03
Fees follow results
Our economics are built so that we win when franchises are awarded and units open — not when invoices go out.
04
The founder holds the pen
Your brand, your standards, your final approval on every award. We are an extension of your team, not a replacement for it.
05
Finished means open
The engagement isn’t done at signing. It’s done when the location is staffed, trained and standing on its own numbers.
A short client roster, on purpose
The big shops carry dozens of brands, and every founder on that roster is competing for the same reps' attention. We keep the roster deliberately short so no brand is ever #12 on somebody's list. If we're at capacity, we'll tell you — and tell you when a slot opens.
A record you can check, not adjectives
Franchise Drive was founded by the operator behind a national health-and-wellness franchise: built from nine locations in early 2022 to fifty-one across 20+ states by the end of 2024 — FDD-reported — and to a system of 200+ open and in development today, with zero franchise terminations or non-renewals across that climb. That operating history, not a headshot wall, is what leads every engagement. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who works it.
Figures describe the founding team's prior operating experience with its own brand — not Franchise Drive client results.
