Three service lines.
One accountable team.
The core engagement is outsourced franchise sales and development — line 02. Program build (01) and opening support (03) attach to it as your brand needs: start pre-FDD and we build first; already selling and we pick up the pipeline. One team owns the outcome, so nothing falls between the seams.
01
Program build
Optional — for pre-FDD or stalled programs
The franchise program a serious buyer says yes to — and a serious lawyer signs off on.
- Audit of any existing franchise assets — entity, trademarks, prior FDD drafts
- New FDD and Item 19 built with your franchise counsel
- Unit economics validated against your real store numbers
- Territory architecture and market mapping
- Operations manual and training program
- Sales collateral built for disclosure, not hype
02
Sales & development
The core engagement
A fully run franchise sales organization — from first inquiry to signed agreement.
- Lead generation and qualification, run under your brand
- Structured disclosure process and FDD reviews
- Discovery days designed and hosted with your team
- Closing and franchise agreement execution
- You hold final approval on every award — no exceptions
- Franchisee onboarding into the operations program
03
Operations & recruiting
Optional — opening readiness and leadership recruiting
A sold unit is the start, not the finish. We stay until the location stands on its own numbers.
- Franchisee onboarding and opening playbooks
- Leadership recruiting for your corporate team
- Store-manager and opening-team placement
- Corporate store oversight — standards, P&L reviews, accountability
- Opening support through the first day of training and beyond
Enter at any stage
No FDD yet — or a stalled one
Start with 01 · Program build. The foundation comes first; who sells it is a later decision.
Franchising, but sales are slow
Start with 02 · Sales & development. We audit the program on the way in.
Selling, but units aren't opening
Start with 03 · Operations & recruiting. Awarded is not open — we close that gap.
Fees on results, not retainers alone
Every engagement is priced in the open before it starts: a fixed program-build fee, a development retainer, and success fees that only get paid when a franchise is awarded. If your program doesn't sell, we don't get paid like it did. That's the point.
- Fixed, quoted program-build fee — no open-ended hourly billing
- Success fees tied to signed franchise agreements
- Every fee in writing before kickoff, full terms in the engagement proposal
- Out-of-scope work pre-approved in writing, never assumed
